“I may not speak your language………..” Pets are Life is not new in the market, in fact , we have been providing our clients with pet care services which are professional, specialized and tailored to their needs since June 2007. Pets are Life is fully licenced and has a 5 Star rating.
The team in the UK consists of Tine, the owner, Ali the Day Care Supervisor and several team members at base, and Thom, our Trainer, Pet Whisperer and Communicator, based in South Africa but working internationally.
Thom does most of his work over distance, i.e. he seldom meets the pet owner or pet personally. If requested, personal consultations can be arranged in the UK, South Africa, or internationally. Thom works several months a year in the UK when personal appointments can be made.
Pets are Life is run by Tine Luhning, a passionate and knowledgeable animal lover.
As a team we are able to arrange a service for you at the spur of the moment, be there in an emergency, and look after your animals whenever needed. Sometimes when you are out working, or operating your own business, life changes your plans, and you can’t be home on time.
That is when you don’t want to worry about “ whether the Pet Carer is going to turn up or not ”. As we are not a “one-man business”, but have several team members on call, we have the resources to pull people in and be there for you whenever you need a professional and friendly service.
With Pets are Life your animal is part of our family where we come to you and provide the service which you requested. We will arrange a meeting with you in your own environment to meet with your animal/s and yourselves or invite you to our facilities so you can see for yourself what we offer. During this meeting we will discuss with you in detail the service which you require and we will tailor our service to your exact requirements. You will also be presented with a comprehensive set of documents which we need you to complete in order for us to provide the insurance cover and professional service we are known for.
Our services not only encompass looking after dogs and cats but we also offer services for many other furry family members in your household.
